Refund & Return Policy

1. All Sales Policy
Due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of many Island Grails products, most sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
We do not guarantee collectible market value, future resale value, or grading outcomes.
2. Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The item is defective upon arrival
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- The item must remain unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be included when possible
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Limited edition trading cards
- Mystery packs or booster packs
- Opened sealed products
- Digital products or downloads
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may:
- Send a replacement
- Issue store credit
- Provide a partial or full refund
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Island Grails.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged due to our error
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order enters production, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Island Grails is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen:
- Please contact the shipping carrier first
- Then contact us and we will do our best to assist
9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Permanent ban from future purchases
- Collection efforts if fraud is detected
